I'm going through the process of finishing my half finished works that date back to late last year... And making new stuff... Anyway, life happens so things get delayed. Let's start with two tutorials,
And some writings,
Upper body development and tricking - Your upper body matters. Find out yourself!
Tricking with a stopwatch - The clock is your new best friend.
Tricking Supplements Volume IV - Foods with drug-like effects to supplement with!
Grass Finished Organ Meat - Bloody goodness.
Off days and Bad sessions - The key to balancing training and recovery: Insanity.
Antoine's Lessons - Two life lessons I learned from Antoine Vaillant.
Hi! This will be part 1 of 2 updates for this month; This first part is just a few new videos in the video section. The second part will be a couple tutorials and some writings and a few mini-samplers. Enjoy, and thank you for your interest in my stuff!
Two close friends of mine have released their own tricking websites.
Anthony Mychal's Trick Training.net. Anthony has a strong background in sports science and writes for big online magazines (and makes a living doing it), so there is going to be some really high quality material thrown up. Of special interest is Anthony's expertise in tricking injury rehabilitation anf prevention: He knows more about it than everyone forever. Anthony also updates his websites (he has several) with a high frequency, so it's worth checking often.
Tatsumaru's Stormtricks.com. Tatsumaru is the guy who organizes the legendary Viking Tricking Gatherings. He's made some incredible progress the past 3 years, finally surpassing my own skill level. He's also probably the best video editor in the entire tricking community; Every piece of footage he touches turns into a masterpiece. Every thing he does ends up being better than me somehow... Somehow I will kill him. I must.
Both websites are just starting out. So bookmark them and watch them grow!
New stuff and unshared old stuff is here! Check the sections!
Su6pec spoof! ... Sorry it took so long!
Tricking Workouts Ideas - Better exercise through tricking.
And then Trick Priming! Most people are doing it, but maybe not aware of what they're doing. If there are some tricks you want, that you already got the prerequisites for but are still struggling with, see if you can get lucky with trick priming. Otherwise, see if you can do moves you already do differently using it.
Trick Priming - Trick synthesis and alchemy. Oh my!
And while we're on the topic of learning troubles (or relearning troubles in my case), this afternoon I was having trouble with a gumby. So I thought of the idea I expanded on in Troubled Tricks: I stopped trying to do it right and instead thought of putting my arms out like some stupid windmill, and turning into it with my arms like that. Bamf! I got it back! SO yeah, I totally do use what I write for myself haha!
Nuclear Summer 4!
720 double tutorial - Two kicks in one jump!
Ambidexterity - Get some!
And something I did a few months ago: I avoided Tetanus
This thing took me a long time to write. If I don't upload it now and walk away I may never stop editing it. I hope it entertains you and gives you some ideas,
Check out my friend Tat's most recent sampler, ∆YON
Now, I had planned for the last week of this year to be my backoff week starting on Christmas day. But I had also planned to spend considerable time practicing my form on certain lifts and stimulating my intestines with refreshing barbell complexes the day after Christmas at the gym. This, in an effort to mitigate that disgusting feeling that overwhelms my entire sense of being after spending an entire day not moving.
I wrote this thing last weekend and was going to share it when I had another thing I'm writing polished off. I feel like sharing it now though. Really, it shouldn't surprise you if you've read other things I've written about eating.
Also I'm putting some stuff into a page like this: ARCHIVE
And yes. Precisely soon enough it really needs to be a gumball machine.
I wrote a little snippet on my thoughts on stretching for 2010.
And for those who never read what I wrote on flexibility a few years ago, fairly extensive and broken into sections, click here: Juji's Flexibility pages!
And maybe an apology for the site design looking like garbage for awhile now. I want to take it somewhere else than before, but don't like sitting still and eye-balling basic CSS and what-not. And I'm too stubborn to migrate to one of those blogger platforms. So I'll just continue putting that off. Here's a tongue smiley I hope it makes things a little bit better:
So. Last night.
I'm still messing with the site layout as I feel like it. Perpetually under construction maybe. I know the navigation bar is gone and a lot of links aren't reachable at the moment. I'll fix it don't worry! I want to change some things weeeee!
Here's something new I've been writing on. It has tips for novice and advanced tricksters! Enjoy.
I wish to play with the site layout. This will bork the way the site looks for awhile.
Here I polished up this micro writing:
Hi again. Here's another thing, enjoy!
Well I have like... dozens of half written articles and tutorials and at least one dozen completely finished things I could update with. And other things I've shared but have no linked, so I should probably see about linking some of those here. Let's see... Let me start off slow, and maybe I'll end up building myself back up...
Tricking is going fucking great by the way. I've had an inspiring, invigorating summer and have come to many new, awesome conclusions and developments in my tricking beliefs and technical knowledge. I should share these with you!
Let's plan for a fantastic fall! (see, the pumpkin icon has some use)
Be back shortly! Btw, talking to Antoine Vaillant lately. SONIC BOOM!
