Hey all, i just started trying some of this stuff out. i used to do bodybuilding and play sports alot, so i am pretty fit, i have done lots of squats/ deadlifts and other core exercises so hopefully im ok there, but poor flexibility.
I have only been working on flexibility and ver simple stuff so far.
ie a couple of sessions of stretching with some jumping training and some cartwheels and trying to spin or jump and spin and keep my balance.

is there anything i am missing?
should i just be trying stuff out rather than preparing?

any input would be greatly appreciated.
thanks.

Just get out there and have fun. Try out something new every session and always go for gains. Stretch a bit for warm up and again when you're pumped and loose. But then again I'm just a noob so maybe wait for some better advice :p
