funny frontflips =)
i've seen three different rontflip posts from you so far. They all look the same. Yeees, they are great, but to post one single frontflip a week, that's kinda boring.

why don't you just say, "check out my front flips with my hands down" -I would like to see those on grass

Aren't those called "Japs" or something like that? They are much better when done standing and apparently give you tons of height, if anyone has seen the DStormZ trailer.

nice russians. those always feel kind weird to me, although the slow motion you provided in this helps me better understand them.
thanks:good:

i posted it three times cus i really have no idea but ohh well. i personally think its easier to do standing fronts with regular set but thats probably because i hardly ever do standing russsian fronts. i have never tried russian sides but figure it cant be that hard. and ill get a vid on grass sometime when i have somebody to go out there with me. and yeah i have heard them called "japs" on here several times but ive just known it as russians.
is there any other flips or stuff(not so much tricking cus im knew to that) but anything gymnast wize yall need?? just let me know and ill see if i can make a vid of it
thats cool, same tech i do, but it aint called a russian front, thats a japenses front or jap front. a russian front is where your throw your arms up and punch the sky straight up.
nice jap front tho.

those are russian fronts bro, ive got a code of points that has a diagram of almost all the tricks in gymnastics and that is described as a "Russian style salto". i dno, perhaps they are the same thing, jap and russian that is. ohh well thanks for the comments guys, keep em comin
Not bad but you should work the kick out slightly more, other than that its good.
