Just went out for a trick sesh in the gorgeous sun:tongue:
and me and tim tried some double b-twist...heres the vid....see wat you think :tongue:

Just gotta try get like 83 degrees more, hahaha, I liked those attempts : very close although some looked quite painfully :bad:

nice attempts guys, but hold it in. your kinda just doing overrotated hypertwists. the hypertwist leg is still reaching for the floor and i cringe when you almost sit on your ankle whilst it's rolled....

aww, they look seriously hard, something i noticed wushu guys do is they let the second twist go slightly more vertical, it makes it look easier

striagheten your body out when you twist, if you get striaght and laid out you will twist infinitely faster

we were getting past hypertwist, can you not see what we are doing, also a double is only an extra 180.....

(at about 1:25). I've been at that stage for a while now. As close to landing em as you may be. actually getting that trick onto your feet takes a looooong time.

the fact of the matter is, you saying your gonna get it this week is wrong, because your a Lonnnnng way off. its a hard move, u cant just get it, you have to work for it

i'd like to cheer you on for double twist
but it's simply not that easy..trust me i know
even if you were to suddenly get more power and complete the rotation, there is a big difference between landing on just two feet with no hands and landing on all fours. that in itself is a stage that you have to overcome
but still...anything is possible, goodluck!

Yeah waterboi is very correct, getting the rotation is just the first step, stickin the landing is the challenge. Train hard and im sure you will get it. just not in a week.
Ahhk i get wat ur all getting at....but this very nice "constructive critisiusm" is an extra drive for me to get them....
I will post a video of my attemps after this week and see how i am doing:smile:

haha, thanks. That wasn't supposed to be a cork round, my legs just spaz on landing. The twistround at the start WAS supposed to be though ; )
Joe's shit is getting absurdly high now. THe front roff back is so smooth and BIG, it's not fair =(

yah, a lot of people say they can doubletwist and lack any evidence of it haha....
personally, if i could doubletwist (which i cant haha) i wouldnt tell anyone and just release it in a sampler.

Wow, double btwist attempts on grass, you guys sure are gutsy
in the clips i see you almost land those tricks where you're 180 degrees short of an actual double twist (and so u land facing forward). is there an actual name for that twist?
Ok, haha yeah i landed one, but i never said ive got them down....
in the clip i was taking huge set ups because i though it would help...however i now use a really small set up and it works....
Also ill film 1 2moz as its raining now :eh:

cos you were doing bailed hypertwists in the vid and double twist is a completly different technique cos it has to be all one twist or its just a stupid btwist gyro
i did 720 twists, yeahhh i do them all the time.. ill post a vid when i can film it........... in about half an hour.

Yeah ok, i can see why it may be hard to believe then, but i was doing the set up all wrong....
And i did some in the gym pretty well (from what it felt like) so hopefully ill get it filmed on grass asap for u all:tongue:
but yeah munks ,. if u can do a Real 720 twist, landed. i take my hat off to you. becuase your attempts not long ago were shit

Sprung floor shouldn't make much difference for a cork take off. ALl it would really help you with is not wrecking your shit when you bail them.
