Ive been working on some basic combos lately and this is what i came up with.
This is some footage from last weeks training, I thought i might as well post it here and get some feedback :wink:

I know this was the first time i used hook kicks to link my tricks, ive been using them for momentum and i didnt really focus on height, im taking TKD class as of next week so i hope that will improve my kicks!

Niiice tricks man love your b/atwists and your flash (is it a double flash?) is real stylish. Btw - 'I love all NAN samplers!' - If you were referring to Starfoot, I believe he's in Systricks, but they are near to eachother and both in Norway.

1 - try a swingthru from a cork or btwist you soo could
2 - with your xout hold the x out for a bit longer
3 - with your double flash land on one foot so you can extend further on the second flash.

ah yeah i got confused because they often do samplers together, they still rock though! :smile: (edited my first post)

i learned my 540 the wrong way so i cant use it in combos yet, i have to learn it to my right side first.

That was actually a triple flash but it didnt work out very well that day, im working on my swingthrus but i dont get enough height out of them yet. my upper body is always facing the ground and i cant seem to get it up when i land. Any tips on this would be appreciated, i still have to work on that :)
