I have a simple question.. And i would like to have a simple answer..
When i try to pull off the Cork, i allways crash.!!?
I just want to know. Is it correct to step in like i do in a Jturn Gainer? But instead of doing a flip, i just twist..
OR, should i bend my knee and force myself up in the air and twist??
I have looked at soo many samplert.. I understand it, but i cant perform it...?!
HELP ME!!!!!
This is me now: :dead:
Hopefully this is me when i land the Cork:

i recomend you learn a moonkick first. then to make it a cork you just spin at the peak of the moonkick.

Heh, you know what?!
I think im in love with you Alpha!! Ive never thought of it that way.. The best thing is that i can do a moonkick sweet as hell! So you mean that i should be able to pull of a cork if i just twist??
Thanks alot man!! This will help! Im sure of it.

not just twist, u need to really twist hard, pull trough. and be tight.
getting the twist won't be really difficult. Landing was hardest to get for me

Okay, i will twist like a mad man!! =D
I can see that the landing is the main problem. Cous i can twist it, but not enough to land. But i guess thats mostly about hight for me. I need to get the hight. But if i have the Moonkick in mind i think i should pull it of! And like you said, twist like hell! =D
Then i get the hight and the spin! =D
Thanks!!

Something that helped me out amazingly, was a tip GDong posted somewhere a while back, not sure where. Basically, you kick up/across and at your shoulder kinda moonkickish, use your arms and everything to gain as much height as you can, turn over super quick while starting to wrap, then BTWIST OUT once you're facing the ground after that first 180 degree turn.
If the twist and height aren't a problem, but the landing is, this is ace. I think GDong said "think of it like a btwist from a gainer setup." This was really instant improvement for me from the first time I tried it like this, hope it helps you out; if you've got one of those "lazy btwists," maybe try to twist more like a hypertwist and get the torque and spin you really need. :)

if his moonkick is sweet then he wont need to put as much effort into the spin to land it. one problem with corks is that its common for people to focus so much on the spin that they loose height. height is most important, then spin.

I uploaded RaRe's cork tutorial:

I think it might be easier to land first, then improve from there, but I can't cork yet so :eh:

true, but when i first did them , it felt like i was twisting like a mad man. didnt knew where i was, and i always came short. but true, height is mostly important
