I have a problem excecuting a specific motion that is needed in trick like kip up, FHS, headspring. It's the back arching motion. Every time i do a kip up, i arch my back, but i cant pull my self upward. Why does this happen? Is it caused by weak abdominals? Excessive body weight? Improper technique? Please answer, it's been driving me CRAZY.

probably technique, watch alot of video's . slow it down and really look what their doing. kip up is just doing alot of things at the same time.
