O.k. I've heard of people talking about someting called a Barani, can someone please tell me what this is?

roundoff without using your hands, I dunno how hard it is, never tried it

it's not exactly a no handed roundoff (that's a brandy).
A barani is a halftwisted frontflip, like a brandy but with

yeah but barani =/= frontflip 180

a barani isnt a 180 front flip no.
however ive been told by my gym coach that for a barani, you must do 1/2 a front flip, then kick out and twist the 180 degrees.
so you jump up, tuck, then when upside down kick out and twist.
99% of baranis trickers do are brandys taking off both feet.

andy is right, i also believe that those 'gym' barani's are easier than 'trickster' barani's
