jaron... try jumping higher. and be ready to swing your leg around for the kick before you jump. this is just my preference of how i like to do it though... but i'll get a video of it tomorrow, in hopes of helping you.

I totally thought this was legit.

Jaron, what you need to do is work on your splits. You HAVE to have full front and side splits to even try this move... you're absolutely insane for attempting it, props to you for your HARDCOREness!

Once you get the splits, you can move on to drilling your backtuck because the two moves are directly related and prerequisites to eachother. If you can't 360crescent you won't be able to b-tuck and vice versa.

Also, if you have acess to a gym, you should do calf raises as well as forearm curls exclusively... they will help!

Also, it looks like your post count is pretty low... you're going to need to start posting inane and useless crap in every section but the publicus and get your posts up to at least 1000, then you can start working on the kick again.

P.S. You are pretty cute, do you want to try to hook up IRL sometime? I could help you drill this trick. :wink:

thanks for all the help guys (especially hapkidoka - we can "drill" later ;) ) ya i think i almost got it. just a few more inverted handstands and i will be real close to makign it look clean :)
