Hi guys,
Offcourse I'm another n00b, like the most guys posting here (I think :punched: ). But here's my question: how do you guys warm up before tricking?
It's because I'm new to the tricking stuff though I do TKD for 6 years now. I know I get injuries very quickly when I haven't done a warming up before trying new moves. So can you guys give me some tips on how to warm up correctly to avoid injuries?

PS: If my english sounds a bit too much like the english learned in school, sorry, it's my bad, punch me in the face or something then... :punched:
I warm up from my neck down to my arms/lower body then to my legs this will useally take me half an hour to forty five mins.
And I like doing (i think they are called) "seal press-ups"

Belgians are NOT stupid :p
they rock !!
Warm up by doing some sets of basic kicks. Start with dynamic stretches (read Juji's stretching article) For kicks do 10 roundhouse stationary, 10 rh moving forward, 10 moving back, each leg. The do 5-10 side kicks, back kicks, crescents, hooks. Move on to very basic spin kicks and/or basic jumps. After all this you should be very well warmed up.
Or you could just run or do jump-rope.

I start by doing different kinds of kicks. Going from low kicks, to high kicks when i feel im warmed up. Thats for the legs.
