Btwist + jackknife ( vid included )

for your btwist, try and throw that first leg up really high- then you will rotate around that. jacknife looks like you need more practice- how's your 540?

define the first kick a bit more

with your jacknife it seems you are trying to turn to early, wait for the first kick to come up past your face before turning for the second. Make sure it is an obvious kick aswell, but dont throw everything into it otherwise your second kick will cut across and be gay.

Jacknife also requires quite a lot of speed, when your first learning the technique it can be help to deliver it from a spin hook kick or even a few steps run up. Once you have gotten used to the timing you can do it easily from a normal 540 takeoff. Or you can skip these steps if you have a truly powerful 540kick.

your jacknife isnt a jacknife. you need to execute a full 540 kick before throwing the hook/cresent, atm its just a 540 cresent

for ur jacknife's dont kick so hard on the first kick, just tap it. and turn ur body more quicker using ur shoulders for the "hard" hook.

id' like to say that jacknifes are all about body proportion, speed, and timing.
