i gotta say, i lucid dreamt a lot but yea sex and flying pretty much covered it, but there is something more to the lucid realm..its called "astral projection"
i made this a seperate post because i think i should say what i have to say seperately, if youve heard of newtons project (the whole 0's and 1's chart) it covers astral projection and deja-vu...but aside from that, lucid dreaming is very powerful and very difficult to do, and it does in fact help tricking a great deal, but only about half of us can do it "manually" as in lucid dream whenever, and its not really something you learn, you learn to do it after youve had one which can take years to have one, most of which u most likely wont remember for those bad with remembering dreams....but astral projection is much more complex...the ability to "float with your spirit" basically...ive done it once, and it takes hours of meditation...but you can basically fly around the world as your spirit and spy on people, thats what i did, but you have slight memory...except "i saw you yesterday but idk where"...when you have a lucid or astral projection.....you will know, move this post if you want i dont give a damn, please comment and google it...its really interesting

Indeed, Astral projection is quite hard to accomplish. I've accheived this state of mind only once, and I was attempting to lucid dream. I had a false awaking (You wake up from a dream into another dream leading you to think your not dreaming)
I couldn't move any of my body parts, but I could look around the room. I suddenly got bumped and noticed If I willed myself, I could push my point of vision past my eyes. I went up and thought I was just standing up. I looked down to see my hands and body, but I just saw my sleeping body laying there. My eyes weren't even open.
I would love to go into a field on dreams
I once astral-projected myself into an octuple full. I tried to film it but my spirit wouldn't show on tape.
But I like teleportation better.
i would astral project myself to my gym and go trick
The problem with astral projection is you could just be having a really vivid dream and not realise.

What are you talking about? Lucid dreaming isn't that difficult if you try hard enough, and yes it is something you can learn. http://www.lucidity.com/LucidDreamingFAQ2.html

What is a nove dreamer? (so i dont have to buy one to find out)
and i think he meant that astral projection cannot be learnt.

A nova dreamer is a mask you wear to sleep. It detects when you are in REM sleep (time for dreams)
It will flash lights or play a sound you record or whatever. In the dream it will be realised. So you train yourself to think, o if I see bright flashing lights, I'm dreaming. Helps tons

well i did mean lucid dreaming, me....i can remember all of my dreams, but ive never realized im dreaming except for few times......like i got chased by a giant and and my first thought was "this is bullshit, im dreaming"...then i woke up (in my dream) and the ant was gone and i was in a field with trees all around it....like the aerial tutorial vid....and i went from there, that was my first expierience
ive done it once, and it takes hours of meditation...
Hahaha thats bull! I took a course on it ages ago and to my suprise it turned out to work, i had it down for a while but i did it less and less and now i can barely do it anymore but im re-taking this course on Gnosticweb (http://www.gnosticweb.com/) give it a go if your open minded enough.

I find it helpful to listen to music that varies greatly in pitch and intensity. I fall asleep at the slow parts but when I feel/hear it picking up I realize that I am dreaming, but through meditation have learned how to keep myself there

Nova dreamers range from 150 to 350. (The sad part about it)
