Right I got 540's ok but I don't seem to be able to get a lot of height - I mean they aren't really low but I'd like to get them higher. I mean I'm told I don't bend my knees much in the setup but I've tried doing this and it doesn't seem to make much difference. Here's a vid anyway.

Im amazed at how you can power out so much of the move.
Tells me you've got tons of potential for height that you aren't using.
That set up's not helping much. You face the front and then only really start swinging your arms around when they're at your sides, when they're already at the left side. Start the wind up from your right side, swing them up, and then around to the left, in an arc fashion. You're grabbing more momentum this way and you're grabbing it earlier.
Have them straight going around before the take off. Shoot your arms up, along with that first leg. If you kick your first leg up and hard along with your arms, you get more height. The higher your arms shoot up along with the height of that first leg, determines how much height you get. If you delay you get extra height, but you also gotta worry about enough spin to complete the move.
When you face the front again, wrap those arms in at the same time you kick with your round leg. At the same time you bend the non-kicking leg, for an easier spin. Think up and then spin.
You'll get all the way around to face the front again. It'll take some practice but I can tell you already got a lot of power, so it shouldnt be too hard. Just make use of your potential.

Thats pretty cool advice man thanks a lot :D i never thought about shooting my arms up, I'l try that - however I find if I try to bring them in at the end either nothing happens or the kick doesn't come out clean and I just end up spinning randomly...?
