i just found out that stuntpeople lost the mtv student film award!

the way they lost was pretty funny [and messed up at the same time]. okay, so check this out. SP were promoting like crazy, which resulted in people discovering their film [Undercut]. the people then proceeded to vote like 1000x a day [which seemed to be okay, because the site said you can vote as many times as you wanted]. this caused an "inorganic spike in votes," in which mtv got suspicious and decided to delete about 100 thousand of their votes, causing SP to lose.

I got this info from the SP forums. all the more reason to hate mtv.

No, MTV is not free in Norway. You have to pay to get Canal Digital or any other kind of satelite television.
