Hallo hallo. Just need some troubleshooting for bkick, ive started drilling it a week ago, and one thing ive realised is that lifting the first leg up never comes natural to me, and when i force it i crash and burn. Also, it sucks generally, and constructive tips will be great :D
Vid of horrible bkick (if u can consider it that)

Yeh i think ive seen that, im just wondering if there is any specific advice, geared to what im doing wrong that stops me from getting right.
Try doing it on your other side. When I first started Bkicks I would always end up on my ass  I started trying it on my other side and they were great! I'm not saying it'll fix your problem, but it's an idea at least.

easy....throw your first leg up much harder....and arch your back....for me it helps to put my head in my neck....
