Hi! I've improved my running aerial so that my legs touch the ground almost at the same time but every time I try to put them together while I'm in the air I feel like my momentum blocks and I always need to put my hand down or I crash ( at least I think)..... help me please!!

Post a video. Or try turning your torso towards the front sooner.
