Hey guys, i'm sure loads of people have asked the same questions as i am about to, but i need help.
I couple of months back i hurt both ankles doing some ROB's ( Round off backs ) and i have rested for at least 2 months with no tricking. I have tried some tricks recently, but still the pain is there, i have seen 2 doctors and they all say the same thing, *R*I*C*E*. and this isnt doing anything. I Have tried the titanium ankles tut by Dogen and this isnt helping either, i have tried everything and yet there is no improvment.
Is there anyone else with the same problem as me?
Please Please could someone who knows a bit about Ankles give me some advice? Maybe some other ways to strencthen them? As i really do miss tricking.

Thanks alot

Joe.

and injured ankles take a long time to heal completely.

Sounds like my ankle. I chipped the tibias (sp?) and now need surgery.

The doctors done nothing outside of a basic physical examination to determine if there was any tendon/ligament damage? You should see a reputable sports doctor (physio). When I had some knee problems I got walled with the same-perform RICE-type advice.

go back to those same doctors and say you've done the rice and it hasn't helped. they should then do a better examination - x-rays, mri, etc. might just have to rest then rehab it if it's really bad. also, look into a wobble board. it helps a ton.
