A video made by Bob Cicherillo showing tips and tricks on posing for contests. Bob takes you through the mandatory poses, as well as some free poses, and he gives you a lot of pointers and help on posing in front of judges.

The "Guides" section is dedicated to Guides directed towards Tricking in general. Since this has more to do with the things discussed in this forum, I didn't want to clutter up the Guides forum with another guide that has nothing to do with Tricking. But since quite some people are interested in Bodybuilding, this Guide may be rather handy for those active in that field.
