Hi all!
I'm a newbie and I have some questions:
1., My weight is 102kg. Is it an acceptable weight to start with, or do I have to lose some more (started at 134kg!).
2., How high can an average person jump(with the legs remain straight in the air, I dont know the expression in English...)?
3., I've read some about backflip and similar ones. Which area is the better to start practicing: playground(sand) or pool?
4., My weight excess comes from my legs and others down from my stomach as I see. Can U recommend some training in order to help this problem?
And besides these I'm not the only one in my area with these questions, some of my friends have the same questions, thats why I wanted to wirte these in the FAQ.
Thnx for answering!

How tall are you? It's barelly necessary to know your weight unless we know how it's distrubuted.
What's your %BF?

29,4% is pretty high, yes. Start tricking and excercise reguarly. Keep a close(r) look on your diet and you should be fine.

Thnx a lot m8! In fact this BF stuff is not a kind of mirror, or something of my abilities. As I see, I'm in a better condition than the other 29,4s. What do U think of my other questions(especially the 4th one)?

definitely just cardio in general. it will burn the fat no matter where it is located. make sure your diet is in order as well.

Cardiovascular activity. Look it up on google. Basically things like jump rope, jogging, swimming, riding a bike, sprinting, climbing a hill... just move around a lot haha.
Here's a random article about cardio http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=548070

How much should I lose in order to try backflip?

I think you calculated your BMI...
Anyway, any type of weight lifting and/or cardiovascular activity will really help you to shed off some unwanted kgs.

I'm 192cm and I weigh about 90kg. I think that's a pretty good weight/height ratio for tricking. Juji states he weighs about 175-185 lbs but he's shorter.
It all really comes down to power and leanness. Shed your fat and build muscle that you can use to trick with, fat is useless.
And try to do different thing for cardio. Just don't do one thing, do alot of things to keep it fresh and interesting. Try something new...
also dont forget that adding muscle helps improve your metabolism..so dont ignore the weight room .
im 15% body fat and im 5 ft 10 in
i love myself

Thank U very much, I think I'm going to train hard, from now on. But I think I dont need any more muscle on my legs. I used them at full power when I was at 134kg so they are quite strong.
