I'm 17 years old, 184 cm tall, and I weigh 67 now. I used to weigh 62 for about six months ago, so I'm getting there.

I've been doing taekwondo for 5 years now, and I still train regularly. And I know, or people say (especially doctor/mom) that Im a little underweight, how much should I weigh, where should I stop when I'm gaining weight to hold that weight? (I'm meaning musclewise, I don't want any visible FAT.)

I have a 17 years old 185 cm tall friend. He is naturally muscular and has very low body fat. He weights 85kg.
