View Full Version : how do you heal arms faster ?
i dont know weather this is the right place to ask so move it if it needs moveing.yeah and i dont mean like the morning after when your body is sore from tricking, i mean my arm was disloacted 4 weeks ago and its defo on the mend but i still cant straightern it out properly.i must confess i have tricked like 3 - 4 times with my fucked up arm and it probs wasnt the best idea.so now im a couple of days into my summer holadays and i need it to be healed fast lol.so any advice,food streches ??
Rest, eat and repeat.
Oh and do whatever your doctor says moron.

Seek professional help (physiotherapist preferably), or your arm may be permanently screwed.

Not happening. That's like breaking a leg and posting, "any ways to make my broken bones heal faster? I really need to trick."

Somethings take time, gains, recovery, etc.

find a physiotheraphist do the excercises he gives you and rest- a few weeks ago I had a bike accident went across the handlebar and cought myself on the right arm then chin then left shoulder... I couldn't extend or contract my r elbow because of the impact that the muscle got but nothing was broken. My girlfriends aunt is a physiotheraphist so I went to her four times to do excercises and she also gave me a Bown therapy- after 4 weeks from the accident I can almost stretch the hand and contract it normaly I do small weight training- 5kg dumbells and the stretching excercises she gave me- first night it hurt so much I couldn't sleep.
