If you squat ATG or do full squats, they better look like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIkadpNo0GQ&search=atg%20squat

I wish I had those plates...

I like that guy in the background doing Skullcrushers.

That's awesome. I can't keep a shoulder width stance, break from the hips, and get low like that without my back rounding out on me.

I like how they started commenting on the person lifting in the background.
All I understood though was shit, curl and azz.

I completely forgot there was a guy squatting at that point.

hah... no not with that much weight. I can full squat around half that weight, not including bodyweight.

325 is actually realistic.

well... I still squat 500lbs/655 or whatever. just not a full squat like that. i squat that to parallel. but it is a known fact that the quadreceps are far stronger above 90 degrees than below. and they get substancially stronger as the legs get closer to vertical. It's still a ridiculous amount of weight to be able to carry haha

Perfect. I don't hold the pause, but thats the depth I aim to get on each rep.

Your humbleness makes me aspire to be a better person, rianu.

No offense to Rianu, but I don't find him very humble.
Not that that's a bad thing anyway.

I can never tell if I'm going down far enough. I just can't go down anymore.

If you can't go down any further it's probably because you're at the bottom.
