ps rit now im mainly concerned with quick muscle gain later on i planned to work on control and speedwork which i could also use some advice on

I had a real quick look and from what I can tell you are doing alright.

A few things I noticed:
-Too much use of machines
-You have some good exercies, like deadlifts, squats, pullups, rows etc.
-Too many exercises, stick to the major compound lifts ^.
-Too much volume, reduce your exercises

I will try to come back and have a proper look when I get the time. But I'm sure others will have come useful input.

you might feel better not doing situps before each workout.
Consider doing either squats or deadlifts, on each leg day; alternate them. Doing both might not be so bad, but its worth trying the other way. Increase he volume of each if you do.
in Push, does "Biceps" mean curls?
I agree with compleks that theres too many exercises. Total volume, I don't know. I would encourage you to judge that yourself.
