Hmm. I remember Perpetual-Burn's (he's somewhere on the forums) brother doing something like this at his gym.
I can gain an inch on my arms in about 30 minutes

Hmm, it actually takes three days, as you have to rest for the first two. Why rest? What do you maybe think is better, gaining an inch one day a week, or gain three a week?
Firstly, working out 1 hour every day is way better than working out 9 hours one day. Because: When you sleep, your muscles build. And if you rest six days, and then do the big workout, you have a mere night to build muscles. Let me tell you what I do and prefer, this being a trickster kind of way training.
Ok, it's monday, and I've just warmed up. I drop to the floor, quick fifteen pushups, hold for five seconds, fifteen pushups, five seconds, fifteen pushups, five seconds, ten pushups, five seconds, five pushups, five seconds, five pushups, five seconds, hold half way through the pushup for ten seconds.
1 minute of resting.
Now, situps. 15 90°, 15 180°, 15 180° legs spread, 15 180°, 15 90°, 15 45° and then do that three times.
I stretch.
Ok, we're done with monday, same thing is on tuesday. Wednesday comes, this time I don't go by my schedual, I push, push, push, push, push as HARD as I can, burn. When I'm finished, I will NEED five minutes of rest before getting up.
Regular on Thursday and Friday, Saturday is burn burn burn.. etc.
See the pattern? The two days that they use for resting, I make up for working out, of course, this isn't my real schedual, because I'm now aiming for a healthy tricking hobby. I do light exercises, not as many pushups, maybe 40 or so, 45 tops, next day I burn. Light exercise, next day burn etc.. :)
This for five days a week, four weeks a month and 12 months a year and 10 years a decade and so on so on ^^
Actually gaining exactly an inch is a phenomenal impossibility and I was only referring to blood pressure anyway. I can gain an inch in my arms in 30 minutes.

Ahh, I see.
But still, 1 hour per day is better than 9 hour one day :)

Nope. His blood pressure will drop and the inch will be gone

Unless he's got an eternal pump.
Of course it doesn't last, you fucking moron.
It's not like the gain this post is talking about is permanent, either.

It's very similiar to penis enlargement.
You obviously get extra length while getting an erection (pump!).
And you can't get an inch when jelqing for one day.

i hate people who try to find shortcuts. the only way to get big arms is to get fat or do arm workouts. don't believe me? ask antoine.

An inch of muscle mass and an inch of functional muscle mass are two differrent things. getting stronger then losing fat would be better if you want to look cut.Whippin' a bodybuilders ass would probably be easier than it looks.

Go back to watching Dragon Ball Zeta you faggot.
What Jelq said basically
Also Flimsy, have you ever tried punching a 300 pound fat dude in the body? It hardly does anything. Now imagine if all that mass was solid muscle.

Well i meant it's not like they are perfect specimens. Most body buiders focus on size and symmetry not strength or endurance. It was an exaggeration I under stand a man that size is clearly very strong but many with the help of steroids are very buff but quite unhealthy.
My point was that gaining in inch doesn't help unless you just want to look good.I'm not very large and have never packed on muscle, but,I'd think that most people cannot obtain that size in a heathy manner
Yes they can you cunt. Also, you were shot down for talking about "functionality" as if we're still in the Feudal age or something.

bodybuilders have all kinds of health issues some stemming from a lack of proper body fat,a shutdown of internal organs due to the ridiculus way they eat and diabetes sometimes later in life from a lifetime of improper nurishment. Then there are all the threat posed by steroids which mant of them take.My stepfathers back was destroyed he was always either in bed sick or training

Quite a few bodybuilders do have some health problems, but it's hardly from a lack of proper diet. Years of prolonged steriod abuse (not use, downright abuse by going on mega-cycles almost non-stop), training through injury on painkillers, performing dangerous exercises improperly, etc.

I found that whole thread completely hilarious when I scrolled down the first page and saw the first pictures and noticed how both of them had no form whatsoever on their tricep extensions. Pretty pathetic.

This is starting to lead me to believe that the one inch on the arms in a day is only:
1. Continous workout will generate a natural pump throughout and at the end of the day.
2. Combined with all the carbs they are consuming, the one inch is probably just body mass... pump will go down during the night, the next day you are back to square one. Only result: a stupid work out for your arms which, due to the fact that you're lifting every 30 minutes for 10(?) hours will not only wear your muscles out but overwork them, producing too much high a level of natural toxins in your muscles, causing some deterioration in your muscle tissue.
In general, they are dumbasses

There's a difference?
Why is it that people who know the least know it the loudest?

Exactly. Doctors have been prescribing "hormone therapy" with positive benefits for a while. This should be common knowledge, but for those that disagree, go search on Google.
