Okay, so I broke a bone in my hand yesterday and I am in a cast for 4 2 6 weeks. I don't want to lose my hard-gained mass/strength from this summer. Has anybody tried to do this thing of posing to gain? I think Christian Thibaudeau mentioned it in a Double Tap interview.

Or are there any suggestions as to how I can keep my upper body strong. And yes, because of the cast branling is impossible.

The only gains you get from posing, is a sense of self satisfaction.

You may have a better chance maintaining your muscle by developing your psychic abilities.

yeah, psychic abilites or just think really hard about exercising. Then think about how infinitely big the universe is and then think about if time stopped.

So the answer to my query is there isn't anything I can do.

Now I have more time to do nothing.

There is still plenty you can do, like squats.

That doesn't surprise me.

And I know that squats raise GH and T in the body, but I wouldn't believe that it would be enough for me to maintain upper body strength. I still plan to keep squatting and do every leg thing I can. Deadlifts are obviously out of the question.

Philosophy is the key. Think, think and think. Or meditate, which is also quite an ability. Clear your mind from anything, sit in a complete silent room and see how long you can go without thinking one thing.

It's hard, believe me. You'll end up thinking maybe one word again and again and again until it makes no sense at all and you just want to go to city hall and tell them to change it into "ballam." ^^

I don't ever want you to mention philosophy again.

Feel the pain!

No wait! You can drop the philosophical crap actually, but as most said, psychic training is just as good as physical training.
