hey u alrite im from london, firstly ive just recently seen ur site and have been very interested in tricking! this site is amazing and the first time ive seen sumit like it. Atm im kinda scared but i want to do backflips but the thing is ive been doin backflips off walls for nearly 2 years now but ive never really thought of progressing,would any1 like to give me any advise on where to start the sport maybe i shuldnt be doin backflips just yet? any advise would be greatly appreciated cheers adam

go to trickstutorials.com scroll down to start the tricking (super novice tricks) and it should give u tutorials for the most basic tricks such as b twist, backtuck, aerial, etc.....
