What weight should one start at with deadlifts?
Also should it be like 3 sets of 10 reps, or what works best?

I just want to have the most effective routine and not to hurt myself
so if you know what works best, I would love to know

I weigh 140lbs, just incase there's a % lbs I should be lifting from my own body weight... or something

Go with low weight until your form is perfect and then increase. I think people say you should keep the reps lower than 6 per set.

Try Pavels way do a good total body warmup such as 3 rounds of the official CFWU. Then deadlifting 2 sets of 5 reps, 5 days a week.
