And the backflip move, i have read alot in this forum and i still wan't to know if it's a big chance that i will break my neck or something that way if im doing it without a spotter and just doing it on the grass.

i posted this in another thread but i'll do it again. pretty much this is the way i learned it.

1. b-kick. watch videos to get the take off correct. make sure its smooth and you feel a little floaty while doing it.

2. wrap. stand up straight with your arms fully extended to the sides. jump and do a 360 in the air with your arms out. next do that same jump, but wrap your arms in tightly in the direction your spinning. you'll prob fall off balance or w/e, but don't worry about that, just focus on how it feels. you going to want to wrap hard especially for your first times at a btwist to make sure u get around.

3. put it all together. start doing b- kicks and get comfortable. then when you're ready to try, go into a b-kick and once your foot leaves the ground, wrap hard and try to make it to your hands and knees at first.

4. landing. the landing can be tricky. its more of a guess at first when to stick your foot out, but when u keep trying you'll get used it.

I learned the btwist before I learned the Bkick, but I had the technique somewhat down. The set up is what is most important. Dip! I know some people do without it, but it helps quite a bit, dip while you turn (when you kick your leg back, if you don't understand ask me) and as you kick your leg up and begin the jump, bring your torso up hard. In the air, you do what Tim said, WRAP! Wrap your arms and look over your shoulder. Your legs can either be close together to give you a faster spin, or you can do what I do and keep your landing leg out. I personally don't like my way, but whatever. Then, spot your landing as you stick your landing leg out and land it. The momentum should shift you behind your leg and will allow you to put down your OTHER leg so you end up standing.

Bleah, it's weird to explain.
