Ok...So...I know how to do a front flip. I've landed them onto surfaces two feet higher than i jumped from (not springed or any help at all) just grass to concrete. The same goes for regular ground to ground. My problem is that i think i should be spinning faster and more (say if i wanted to do a 1.5 and tumble out of it) when i do them on the ground. I know exactly how to do it. You know (it's about height not spin) and i do that, but when i try to do it from either standing or only one or two step without getting speed, i have a bitch of a time trying to spin all the way. Any suggestions?

how come it's easier for me to do it onto a high surface then ground-to-ground? What the hell!
?? come on man you can figure this out for yourself. obviously it will be much easier to land a front flip or ANY move if you have initial momentum to start with. thats all tricks are anyways, just artistic ways of using your momentum to its fullest potential.
if you start from standing or short step then all of that extra energy which you turn into your rotation isnt there, you have to provide it all in your tuck. much harder, obviously.
same reason people can roundoff tucks are so much easier, you got all this starting energy you have to work with.
hmm.. about getting it standing, i have no idea sry i hate fflips. just tuck it like a bitch i guess haha. alpha has a pretty sweet standing front i think

are you serious? you want to know why it's harder to do a standing trick than a running trick? is this not common sense? jesus christ.
