Hi I have recently started doing backflip and hav maybe done 100 but only once have i done it corectly...

I keep jumping backwards with a big arch in my back which results in a lot of pain to my abs.

Im finding it hard to jump straight up, its not that im scraed or anything like that i just need a tip or soething so i do it correctly i visualize what im supposed to do but then i jump backwards instead of up, maybe i need to think of jumping a little forward.....

Please help....

the pain in the abs is not because of the arch its the tuck and keep on doing !!!
training till perfection!!!

try looking forword until u tuck and get a spoter that helps :} good luck
