It's called 'Universal 12 Week Bodybuilding Course'.

With valueable tips such as: Train only 3 times a week, never eat rice or potatoes, doing one set of every exercise is best, I've been making enormous gains each week. With all this fantastic information, maybe I can enter a 'physique contest' at the local Y.M.C.A? One thing is for sure, the information in this book has it's weight in gold. A definate must read!
