proper or improper bflip for flash kick?

i was just curious of how i should do flash kick. with a proper bflip or an improper bflip? :nervous:

it's good to have a proper b flip down, firstly of course, but in order to change it into the flash kick, you need to make adjustments, so get a proper one down first.

(assuming your on about standing tho from roundoff its not much diff) goto do a bflip as normal, one you have jumped up and chucked arms up to ears you should arch loads, push hips forward and kick. This way you get height and a decent kick, its vert common for people to not use arms and arch too soon in a flash kick.... which is bad

its also common for people to do a sorta tucked flash kick, you prevent this by arching and using hips.

no, if you just do a bflip and stick out one leg then the flash will look shitty and tucked, arching and hips is what makes it different

There are loads of different ways, just go up off of 2 feet, kick with one leg, then land on one leg
the best way is arched though, just look at ca's, grants, sess's, anis' and steve teradas standing flash... not to mention rooks roundoff flash

You don't need loads of height on a flash kick, just enough to land with your chest up.

you kick up but dont lean back. go for it like a moonkick or gflash, spin only when when your foot is high and your leaning back and have jumped

lol thanks for trying tho. I think when I try for the flash I just arch wayyy to much, and It brings me up and then around before my legs can follow.
