For upper body strength, pull ups, dips, and probably one armed push ups. Lower body strength pistols.
Everything else, just work it and it'll come.
Alternatively, go lift.

one legged squats in the .
DOnt do it its the dumbest thing ever, ok here is my story
I went in a shower so i figured i try doing that see how strong my legs really are ( cuz of tkd i figured they are a bit stronger then averege) so i tried that went good first time, second time my hand hit the soap and it fell to the bathtub so i figuredhey why not jump over it while the leg is bent see how that goes, in worst case i fall on teh side of bathtub and endup sitting down.....WRONG, day before i came from work and on the bottom of my bathtub there was glue from the teype so that spot stays dry and non slipery, so the soap bar i droped stayed there ( i was right above there when i jumped) Flew face first into the shower head with the nose, 3 stiches on the nose a little below the eybrow level, i have the scar to prove the stupidity, i stayed bleeding in the shower for good 5 min laughing that off, i need to video taype my life its just a huge joke :P

hey man, if you want, get into breakdancing. that will test your max strength a lot. there are dvd's on netflix like step-by-step breakdancing that can guide you thru moves.
its a good way to workout without weights.

i unnno body weight and weight training have different effects on the body excluding the gain, when i do weight training i cant skate after for a few days, so it fels like im relearnng everything, on thge other hand after bodywheight i actually get better without practising. Might be just me but i doubt that .

There is no major difference between weight lifting and bodyweight exercises. The only difference is in loading progressions. For bodyweight exercises, you must play with leverages. With weights, you just increase the weight. The end effect is the same, more stress placed on the muscles. Your body can't tell the difference between resistance from external weights and resistance from your body.

Best thing is actually go to like national sports and buy weights and a bench and tahts all you need, get 1 pair for bisepts, one for trisepts, one for lats and one for the traps, done deal most muscles around thouse areas actually about same strenght, so by having 4 pairs of weight and a simple cheap bench you are ready to start and then increase their weight as you go, weight there are about 14$ a pair of 25 or 30 pounds dumbells, its canadian curency too so its quite cheap.
PS i hate when i always say word "THAT" it comes out to be spelled as taht, its not unporpose its just my left hand hits a key a split moment faster then right hits h, i unno it bothers me quite a bit.

If you recognize your errors, why don't you fucking proofread your posts and make them legible?

how are they not legible, all i typed wrong is that and made a few spelling errors on the muscle names, i dont exactly remeber how to spell it, but you should be able to easily recognize the name :worry:

Yeah, have to agree. I'd rather read a concise, well-thoughtout post than just rambling. At least it makes you seem more credible.

What about your back and legs? A power rack and barbell set is king.

what are pistols?
http://www.powerathletesmag.com/pages/pistols.htm
I knew a dude who could do them without any kind of training or practice. For me, it took many workouts of just doing negatives, which I find quite unpleasant. Then finally I acheived one, on my right leg. My best was 2 on my right leg, none on my left. Now I think I canīt do any again.
One way to make them easier is to do it on the edge of a platform so that your free leg can fall below ground-level a bit. I can do a few on each leg like that, and it might proove to be a valid way to work up to real pistols.

You can find gyms with a monthly membership of about 20 dollars anyway, if you can't afford that then you're a waste of life.
I could do pistols after about 3 tries. I guess I just got lucky or had built up to it already. Also, what an original thread.

Well I crapped on you anyway assuming that the only reason you weren't/aren't training with weights was because you didn't have access to a gym. And I am at fault if you can't find a gym for 20 dollars but weights will reap benefits faster and can be used in combination with body weight exercises.
Also you're crapped on again for not lowering your gaze a little on the training and conditioning forum,(http://trickstutorials.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14244), let alone not looking in the FAQ forum.

bub the price for gym is usually around 50 dollars in my area, and im a student and new to this whole thing. The whole point for a place like this is to share information and provide something to those who maybe inexperienced comapred to some,
k maybe you got some problem with picturing that scenario, but it does happen, k u get noobs and new comers, but for you to call them waste of lives for asking is not constructive. everone has been there and even u, best u could do with your experience, is to inform and advise those that are coming up, give it a go, u might feel a little better about living.
But hey thanks for the link ;)
