Hello, I just joined the forum, after reading and testing the tutorials on the mainpage and finding them very useful. Now, I did them for 2 days, but I'm kind of confused. I'm not very flexible, so I need to stretch a lot. But though I practice Iaijutsu for 3 years and lift weights for 2 years I'm just average fit, I'm average muscular. I did the active flexible stuff before workin out and the isometric stretching after workin out. But I'm kind of a story that has no point. At least I feel like that. I don't know with what stretching I should begin, nor with what trick I should begin, because I don't have a goal, well I do have - accuracy and body controle to perform great stuff, but it's like I see the top of the mountain, but I don't know what path leads there..
I really hope you won't kick my ass for making a thread like this, because a similar one exists already (I searched for one!) or because my asking for advice is jsut nooby. Well, I am a noob in tricksing! So please help me...
