hi im having trouble finding weight exersizes for body rotation (like obliques and core muscles) and my side abductors. know any?

Full contact twists
Windscreen wipers
Flags
Dragon flags, with a twist/bend
Russian twists
Side bends
Wood choppers (cable twists?)
One arm cleans, jerks, snatches (dumbbells)
Saxon bends
Any crunches with a twist, or side crunches
Off the top of my head.
