I'm sorry, I apologize everyone if this has been asked for like the thousandth time. But....
I can't get over the fear of doing a back tuck. I can do a backward somersault, a cart wheel, a handstand, a bridge, high spinning kicks and that's about it, maybe some other lesser moves too.
I KNOW how to do a back tuck, and I've read at least 5 different guides. But I truly can't get over the fear of doing a backtuck. I believe I don't fear anything, but that makes me a hypocrite if my body doesn't do what I tell it to. So I'm a bit frustrated, but I keep trying anyways.
Could anyone help me get over the fear?
I don't need instruction on technique, I already have enough of that.
