Just gotta tell you all that when you are in fact trying out some tricks on grass. Make sure it isn't dry. And if it is, keep your head away from it when you backtuck without a spotter... Or really; Don't backtuck without a spotter even if you really, really, really want to try it out.
It hurts. Promise.

If you plan on tricking... plan on hurting... plan on getting rugburn and grass stains on your face... it happens... and PLEASE!!! learn backflips without spotters (I just think spotters are unneccesary)... I did... most of the REALLY good tricksters here did... and unless you're a slave to your fear and/or pain, you can do it just as well, if not quicker and better, without a spotter...

i love it when the grass is hard, cos when you land a trick its like you've really earned it
If you can do things on grass that people need wires for in movies you've accomplished something. That's what I say qualifies as a trick.
In "the matrix" they used wires for aerials, wallflips, and FUCKING CARTWHEELS. They also used wires for a triple front kick, which I can do without as well.

not necessarily... sometimes people need wires just to jump onto things... and i don't think that's a trick... tricks are what the tricking community agrees are tricks... cartwheels, kipups, au batidos, etc... are all "tricks" that aren't really considered tricks, as they're too basic and too simple... pretty much stuff that will REALLY wow people... doing a cartwheel or kipup in public as a trick just might get you laughed at... doing them in a COMBO amongst other tricks, however, will get you laid... which is why they're only pseudo-tricks... not a trick if done by itself, but in a combo can be considered one...
edit: and gsimp... if 1440 is your goal, then are you going to stop when you get there? and why should anyone bow to your feet? some people can 1440 already... my goal is to keep progressing as a trickster...

You mean the green perfect grass with alot of foot holes after me outside my backyard?
It's not too slippery when wet either
Hell if I can go past 1440 without any aid in height then I will, but I have yet to see a 1440 be performed. Got any vids?

i've seen 1260 performed with ease by a handful of different people... I'm sure at least a few have done 1440... i don't know about video... maybe later
edit: and for real, I'm not even very good as a trickster, but i've pulled off a few 1080 kicks before... and my kicks AND twists are terrible compared to a lot of people... 1440 is only one more twist...
Well I am trying to improve on my spins and twists as much as possible. maybe I'll invent like a 2160 kick or something.

Spotters are useful. If I had one, I wouldn't have knocked 8 teeth loose.

not a great idea... it's not that impressive... you're just adding more spin on to the same thing... you gotta get good enough to invent totally new tricks, or put really really hard things together in a way never before seen... like a 720 atwist xout hyper-grandmaster doubletwist
