i was thinking about doing 6 days of weights- monday- chest tricepts tuesday- back biceps wed- shoulders thursday- legs friday- chest tricepts sunday- biceps

past training- ive tried air alert twice and got no where, i lift on a regular( usually daily basis), i just started leg training with weights

everyday i will be doing light jump rope and on saturday i will do my plyos which will probably include jump rope, 2 leg box jumps, step-ups( from air alert), and jumping with just my calvs and feet( in air alert, forget the name) and i will probably also stretch every day

tell me what u think, thanks

goal- to be able to dunk, as of right now i dunk once in a while most of the time without dribbling, so i will deffinitly need a few inches to be where i want to be with dunking comfortably

Check out the FAQ forum. There's a thread on lifting tricking (even if you're not tricking I think you should chec it out). There is also another thread on Air Alert, and why it sucks (but you're not following the program anyway, which is good).

Before we can actually help, we need to know your goals...
What are you trying to acheive? What training have you done in the past etc... Check out Nighthunters thread in the FAQ "How to ask for help" (or something like that).
