Hi guys/gals, when ever i try a backflip on a trampoline with or without jumping i can do it perfect, i can stand perfectlly still and just do it, no preleminary jumps or any thing, but when i try it on flat ground or mats i get completely horizontal and then my body forces me to spin around like a barrel roll and i land on my hands and knees , i dont have a spotter that knows how to do a backflip, but he knows how in theory to do one... any suggestions?
