Ive just read this new flex mutant program and its all static stretching. so I presume that it should take place after workout or exercise?

and also for those who have watched the tom kruz scientifically stretching, the morning stretches help to improve all aspects of flexibility or just dynamic movements?

I've just found this new forum, titled Flexibility.

You can do it whenever, however if doing it near to your workout time-wise, then yes, after.

The point of it is to eliminate or reduce the need for a warmup. The stretches are all dynamic, so most of the gains will be dynamic, with small amounts of carryover to other types of flexibility.

The morning stretches are dynamic. The other stretches that are to be performed after are isometric and static.

yea kinda posted it to the wrong forum and couldnt delete it, however I have posted the same post to the correct forum if thats any constellation :D

anyways I see, the dynamics in the morning is suppose to eliminate the need for warmup, or reduce the time to gain optimum range of movement

cheers
