I'm doing it right now... It isn't bad. If it doesn't help my vert it at least got me into healthy eating and such. However, even though I'm only on my second week, I thought I noticed a positive difference in my jumping height already when I was working out this morning.

Yeah, I read a teaser article for that thing. I'd like to give it a shot but the excersize they describe in there, the single-leg hyper extensions, I don't have any sort of place or machine in my house to do them. I would have to build an apparatus just to try this one exercise from this workout plan.

Well, I'd better get to it.

XD Yeah, and in LA of all places.

Keeping your legs working can help. I've been working out 2 weeks and I've been doing various leg exercises (squats, jumping squats, breating squats, deadlifts, etc). COnditioning yourself helps with tricking.

It says that every day. Though, slowly, over time it has gotten more expensive. I got the full package for around $150 or less on my birthday. It did seem to be working, but I accidentally deleted it when switching computers. I prolly gained 5 inches or more.

One thing that sucks is that you need alot of equipment that not many people would have constant access to, so I had to improvise. You pretty much need to live at a gym to have everything, oh and you need a pool too. I have one :p
