could you give me a link for back hand spring and front hand spring tutorials?

The way I got down my backhandsprings (I still don't have fhs), is I started with a backflip, which seems easier to me. Then, I tried doing a backflip while pushing back a bit (backflips you jump up not back, remember that forever). Then I tried putting my hands down. In the beginning they looked like crap, but slowly you start getting it.

I'm not sure if there is a back/front handspring tutorial hosted on this site, but since you're asking for advise on a gymnastic skill, I'll give you a link to a gymnastic oriented site: drills-n-skills (http://www.drillsandskills.com/skills/Floor/)

Just scroll down until you find what skill you're trying to learn, and go from there...you can also click the animation tab for a rudimentary example, but it's better than nothing...

can you do a back flip with out having a someone to spot you?

Of course you can...it just depends on if you're willing to, and by that I mean, "accecpting the risks"!

fhs is pretty easy, once you learn the technique. i know its not the best video cuz my legs are bent on the landing, but w/e it'll have to do.

basically all you do is run go into a handstand and whichever leg you initially lift to get into the handstand, you keep lifting behind you and kick it over as hard as you can. make sure you keep your arms relatively straight the first few times so u don't fall on your head. but after that, you can start pushing off with them to get more height. the move really isn't too hard and you should get something close to a fhs the first few times you try... just don't be afraid to fall on your back. if you feet are there it'll barely hurt if it does at all

With the fhs? no. With the bhs? Erm.. yes  Well, the only way you will land on your head if you screw up is if you don't have sufficient upper body strength to hold yourself at that stage.. So do a couple of handstand pushups and you're set  Cheerleaders can do it, and you've gotta be stronger than them, right?
