anyone got any tips for me to get bigger forearms?? top and bottom muscles. i can do wrist curls all day, and not even feel sore the next day!
the only time my forearms ever got sore, was when i did hammer curls with a really thick bar. it was like i was gripping a street sign .
any help is appreciated.

hmm those other things, the captain of crush grippers, are they the ones where only four or so people in the world have managed to fully contract the most resistant one?

my friend at uni's brother has done the 2nd to last one, which is damn near impossible if you havent got GIANT forearms.

Ye captain of crush are good too, but the Ivanko super gripper has variable resistances therefore cost less [ since you'd have to get new stronger CoC's each time you've clocked the previous]. But the Ivanko doesn't go up to as insane a degree as the CoC.

I like my Heavy Grips grippers, if you want to get some. www.londonkettlebells.com sells them I think.

I have recently started training like a homo again, which includes curls. I found them to pump my forearms like nothing else. Continue hammer curls, I guess.

For bottom do handstands. My bottoms are hard as a rock from doing them now.

Now, if only handstands worked biceps...

Just get a set of those wide grip attachments for regular barbells and continue to do your normal workout.

An obvious way to get bigger forearms is to train grip. Using bigger bars is one way to work your grip with out having to add more to your work out rountine. For more grip strength idea's check out gripboard forum (http://www.gripboard.com/) or just search google for grip strength training.
