Ok, i can do back tuck from a round-off (although it feels more like a whipback, but when i try them from standing i usally land on all fours, or sometimes handsfirst... help. I think i need to delay/ look forward more.
Just any random advice plz. no vid at the moment.

lol You just gotta work at it man. Are you over the fear of the standing tuck yet?

If you are, then just keep at it. even with shitty technique if your strong and have a good vert itll come.

You get stronger by doing them so keep trying and you'll naturally tweak your technique to work for you.

Think about making the tightest ball you ever made. Tighter than the last flip...etc.

Also remember to use your arms!

Thanks and also my stomach hurts so much when i do alot of btucks, well it did when i was at the beach i havnt been doing 20 in a day now so it doesnt hurt any more but anyway ye ty for the advice.

From what you've posted you seem to know what you have to do, just practice! It took me quite a long time to get a standing back tuck, it's quite a bit harder than doing it out of a roundoff because as you said you can get away with a whip back when you use a roundoff. Keep working at it man

Thanks alot, i think i have to try to roll up (fuckin scary shit) maybe i will wait to end of holidays so i can use a gym.
