1. Get better lighting.
2. Get a better cameraman.
3. Let go of the wushu aerial and work the gymnastic aerial. Drill cartwheels.

reach out more with ur firts leading arm and swing the other arm back as hard as u can to generate the momentum,
and u prob not need to jump up as much in the set up as u may be loosing some power in the jump.

Instead just take a small hop or wateva n stamp off the ground with the leading leg

hope that helps:good:

Xeult is this quoted for truth or....? Just wondering because advice will be different depending on which aerial you are trying? So you trying the Tricksters Aerial or the Gymnasts Aerial?

thx for the advice, and I'm trying an gymnastic actually. As I said I had an ok gymnastic aerial before, but a couple a weeks ago I lost it, so there's no need to tell me to drill my crwheel...And original vid had far better quality, it got fucked during the converting etc...And sry JB, that I "forced" you

your making this move into a flip, its not a flip you have to pull with your torso and arms throughout, your just putting it there and trying to pull the legs over. which is good in a backflip and everything, but this is an aerial.

pull through the whole move, try to get more horizontal on your takeoff, rather than inverted.
make it like a juji aerial - in my opinion his isnt really a tricksters or a gymnasts style but he has the cleanest aerials and variants ive ever seen, check out his technique

How can you l0se tricks?
Dont do them for a while
injury and rupture your muscle memory so you forget.
injury time off you loose the motions.
You wake up and the bitches are gone

it happens:tongue:

or, basically what happened to me...Try to tweak a bit with the technique, to later discover that you'r no longer able to do neither of them...

your swinging both legs almost simultaneously. The set up looks fine to me. you need to split your legs more during the part that you swing your hands and jump. the first leg that comes off the ground really needs to swing up, and the leg thats still on the ground has to push off (using your calf muscle) to get that bit of extra height.

aerial... very easy!! you dont even need to jump if you are flexible enough, like me.
