Hi, I'm new to this forum, but I've had some experience tricking. Just wondering if anyone has anything I could improve on, especially with my gainer. Going to be trying for the gainer full soon, and I'd like the gainer polished first. Also, and I'll try and get a vid for it, but some tips on aerial... I just cant get the blasted thing around, and when I do I'm stumbling off to the side... any help would be awesome.

(No I didn't cross myself, and yes the tongue out give me POWER)

Butterfly Twist: (One of my earlier ones)

(The kids loved this one)

Flashkick off a friend:

(Been doing ariabians off of him, found it a good way to learn them)

um, learn to encode, the vids are 8 mbps, they should be like 0.3 to 0.7 mbps.

download virtualdubmod, and xvid codec.
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/VirtualDubMod.htm
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Koepi_XviD.htm
install xvid, extract virtualdubmod.
then open virtualdubmod, then flie-open video file
find the video and select it.
then file-save as
under where it says full processing mode click "change"
select xvid, then click on the button that says "target quantizer"
(only this time, you won't have to next time)
then enter a number between 300 and 700
lower number = lower size = lower quality.
click okay, click okay, than enter a filename and click save.
it does its thing and voila

i did the exact thing I told you with 700 as the number and the video is .798 mb instead of 10.4, almost the same quality
