My new sampler (sept) appreciate(spl?) advice on all moves especially raiz

I can see the exact problem with your raiz, ur upper body is trying to twist like crazy before you even get off the ground and your left leg is hardly lifting. You have the right idea, that your upper body should twist up faster than your lower body, but that left leg isn't doing anything, You have to lift that leg up hard to get you more height. Good Luck and try not to put your hands down.

Thanks, ye that hand problem is annoying also I am stil scared of this move (yes i know nooby) so its still hard to go full and kick leg up and bring chest lower, yeah do i need chest lower and hips higher or isit ok?

pulling your leg up will get your hips higher which is what you really need. And don't worry we were all noobs at one point in time.

LOl thanks in my last sampler my bhs were so slanted (bout 2 weeks ago) but i worked hard on them and im glad you can see it! AGHHH i want a raiz!

Nice back handsprings! I noticed (during roundoff backflip) you keep your hands up after your roundoff, this is very good, most tricksters drop them (that's bad, they lose rotation/height).
