I've mostly been working on flips but I want to try and get some more spinning and kicking moves (and improve the crappy btwist :dead: ). I've been practicing for about 3 months. well your btwist is difficult for you only because of that
usles setup dud...
you dont dip at all, dont use the first leg.
if u fix your setup your btwist will be ace!
