your bailing out on landing, stomp the ground. have confidence.

stall alot longer. remember, it's a gainer slant, then twist. go into it like you're going to gainer slant, then once you feel upside down, twist. most likely you'll be horizontal, or maybe a little inverted, but it should fix your flat spin rotation.

edit: what helped me the most is trying to kick my first leg to my face. doing that will raise up your hips and make it higher, plus you'lll get more inverted.
