Spin uber fast

Hey!

I have seen alot of people that is good at spinning fast an example is gary ip he spins extreme fast and he can spin 720 on a b-twist.
I wonder now. I'm not good on twisting, i can twist 540 standing but i wan't more.
Some tips would be great.

Spin everywhere you go. And i mean everywhere whether its walkin down the hall at work/school, sitting in your car (it would be ill advised to do while driving) or even takin a shit even at the expense of new shower curtains because you shit all over them... sry mom :(

Commit to the spin. Here are some tips for spinning:
A)Start with arms out, then wrap them in as you atart to spin.
B)Twist your head and torso in the direction you are spinning
C)Spin with all your might, should feel like you want to go "graaaghhhh!"
D)Examine take-off: for spinning kicks (vertical spins) a little pre spin before you jump helps so much. Don't stop spinning until your feet actually touch the ground.
